Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.
Who we are
This website (flow-consultancy.com) and the Flow brand are operated by the company below, which acts as the controller of personal data collected here.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site securely.
- Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the message you write.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as IP address and browser type, used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not run advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about a possible engagement.
- To keep the website available, fast, and secure.
Legal basis (GDPR): your consent when you send us a message, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the site.
Who can access it
Your message reaches us by email. We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle email - notably our hosting and security provider and our email provider - who process data only on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law or to maintain an active business relationship. Technical logs are kept only briefly, for security.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- access the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- ask us to delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- ask for a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email hello@flow-consultancy.com. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
Cookies
This is a static website. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set essential technical cookies needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; these do not track you across other websites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
