Tadeusz Nowopolski · Founder & CEO

Flow is led by its founder - a leader who has spent two decades building and running teams and companies, scaling them and turning them around from the operating seat, not the sidelines.

The work spans rebuilding businesses whose growth had stalled and helping fast-scaling teams build the structure to keep up - standing up sales and customer success teams across EU, APAC, and the US, and steering teams through growth, turnaround, and reinvention. Always with a bias for execution over slideware.
